Sales Representative – TDW Closeouts

Location: Tamarac, FL

Position Overview: We are seeking an energetic, results-driven Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a keen understanding of the liquidation market and the ability to forge meaningful relationships with both new and existing clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Client Acquisition: Engage potential clients through cold calls, networking events, and other outreach methods. Understand their needs and introduce them to the value proposition of TDW Closeouts.
  2. Relationship Management: Nurture and maintain relationships with existing clients. Anticipate their needs and ensure they receive top-tier service and the best deals available.
  3. Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of our inventory. Be prepared to answer questions, provide recommendations, and educate clients about the benefits of purchasing from TDW Closeouts.
  4. Sales Goals: Meet and, if possible, exceed monthly and annual sales targets set by the management team.
  5. Market Analysis: Stay informed on industry trends and competitor offerings to position TDW Closeouts as the top choice for liquidation products.
  6. Feedback Collection: Gather feedback from clients to assist in inventory selection, pricing strategies, and overall service improvement.
  7. Documentation: Accurately record all sales activities, client communications, and sales transactions in the company’s CRM.

Qualifications:

  • Proven sales experience; experience in wholesale or liquidation is a plus.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a larger team.
  • Proficient in basic computer applications (e.g., MS Office) and any company-specific software.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field is a plus.
  • Ability to travel for client meetings and industry events as needed.
